But to make sure this information was correct I checked in the loans book to see if there was a record of the water coolers being returned. Next I wrote out the memo and filled in who it was going to, from, the date and the subject (previously borrowed water coolers) . But before printing it out and sending it I checked for errors in all of the necessary ways. I spell checked my work, before print previewing it in order to hopefully reduce waste.
