What is HDR photography? HDRI which stands for High Dynamic Range Imaging was first used for 3D. It is now a type of photography that has taken over and produced many brilliant and intricate photographs. You create an HDR photo by taking multiple images of the same thing but taken with different exposures and then combine them to create one image. This allows every detail in the picture to be brought forward with brilliant lighting and texture. There are even HDR photographs hanging in the Smithsonian.
